FrogRiverPortal is a casual frog river crossing game and web-based game portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Camera, Photos, Sharing, and Notifications

The iOS app may request access to the camera or photo library only when you choose to upload or change an image. System sharing uses the iOS share sheet and sends only the content you choose to share. Local notifications are used for app reminders or in-app message alerts after you grant notification permission.

Cookies and WebView Storage

The app uses WKWebView to load our HTTPS web service. Cookies, local storage, and cache may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and maintain game state. You can clear app data by deleting and reinstalling the app, or by contacting us for account-related deletion requests.

Payments and In-App Purchases

If the app offers digital goods, subscriptions, virtual currency, membership, or paid ad removal, such purchases will be processed through Apple In-App Purchase where required by Apple policy. We may receive transaction status and product information needed to provide purchased items and support users.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, analytics, crash diagnostics, payment processing, and advertising partners if ads are enabled. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.

Data Storage and Security

Our web services may be hosted on Vercel and backed by Neon PostgreSQL or similar infrastructure providers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will review the request.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can choose whether to grant camera, photo library, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related personal information where required by applicable law.
• Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform requirements.
